Ordering from our website is a quick, convenient and (most importantly) fun way of shopping from the comfort of your own home. If you haven’t already experienced the thrill of buying diamonds in your pyjamas, we wholeheartedly recommend it!
But we all have busy lives, and sometimes it’s just not possible to wait at home for that all-important delivery. And there’s nothing more disappointing than returning home to find the dreaded missed delivery card on your doormat.
Click & Collect is our free and simple solution to this common problem. It allows you to leisurely browse our fantastic selection of products from home and collect your purchases from your preferred Goldsmiths showroom at a time that’s convenient to you.
How to Click & Collect
Click & Collect is wonderfully straightforward. Simply visit our website and enjoy browsing our beautiful product range (glass of bubbly optional). If something catches your eye, add it to your basket and when you’re ready to checkout and pay for your items you’ll be asked to choose between home delivery or Click & Collect.
If you choose Click & Collect, we’ll ask you to provide us with your postcode. Our website will find the three nearest Goldsmiths showrooms and ask you to select where you’d like to collect your order.
Prefer to travel further afield? No problem! We understand that the collection of your order might coincide with plans to visit friends or family in any part of the country. With Click & Collect you can use any postcode to locate a Goldsmiths showroom in the region you plan on visiting.
Collecting your order
Your purchases are usually ready to collect within 48 hours, but occasionally it may take a little longer. In either case we’ll contact you when your order is ready for collection.
We know that safeguarding your valuable items is of the highest importance. This is why you and only you are authorised to collect your order. We ask that you bring the following with you as proof of your identity:
- A copy of your order acknowledgment email.
- The original payment card used.
- Two forms of identification:
- Photo ID – either a current passport, driving license or a UK National ID card
and - Paper ID – a utility bill or bank statement from within the last three months.
Please be aware that unfortunately we’re unable to accept PayPal payment or Interest Free Credit applications on Click & Collect orders. If you have selected our gifted wrapping service, this will be removed from your basket and will be offered to you as a service in our showroom.
Click & Collect is unavailable at our airport and Channel Island showrooms.
