That’s why each piece of jewellery in the Goldsmiths collection carries the unique Goldsmiths Jewellery Promise. Our promise to you is intended to provide you with the following peace of mind:

  • 12 months manufacturer’s guarantee, covering any flaws in the workmanship and manufacturing defects.
  • Access to our Goldsmiths Repair & Cleaning service, to ensure that your piece of jewellery is kept in the best possible condition for a lifetime of enjoyment.

For more information or to make an appointment for your jewellery to be repaired or cleaned, please use our showroom locator to contact your nearest showroom. We’ll be happy to arrange a time that’s convenient to you.

Please note - On inspection of your jewellery, if our team feel your ring may benefit from a more in-depth, complex inspection, they may suggest that the ring be sent away to the manufacturer for this to be carried out at their workshop. This is not a necessity but may only be suggested and it would be completely your choice if you would wish to accept this or not.
