Price Match Promise

We're committed to providing our clients with the best possible prices across our branded products.

If you're looking to buy online:

  • The product is identical to ours in brand, colour, size and model number
  • The retailer is a national authorised stockist
  • The price we will match is the advertised price that is displayed on the competitors website and does not include any promotional codes.
  • Retailers must have more than one permanent physical store and be an authorised stockist.
  • The item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase and the authorised stockist is able to match Goldsmiths delivery promise as shown on the relevant product page.
  • It may take up to 48 hours to verify the price match, once verified your purchase must be made within 7 days.

If you're looking to buy in store:

  • The product is identical to ours in brand, colour, size and model number
  • The price must be the advertised price in-store and in a physical permanent store within a 15 mile radius of the Goldsmiths you are visiting
  • The specified store is an authorised stockist
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • You provide physical evidence of the product and price in the other retailers' store

At time of purchasing online or in store

We will ask you to submit the product description, the relevant authorised retailer's name, the advertised product price, confirmation that the product is available for purchase now (for next day delivery, 7 days a week). If you are matching an online price then we recommend taking a screenshot as if the price or stock status changes we will not be able to match the price.

How to Submit a Request

Terms & Conditions

  1. For the Goldsmiths Price Promise to apply, the product must be identical (i.e. same brand, model, style, colour and finish), not damaged, not pre-owned and sold directly through an authorised stockist in the UK in £GBP.
  2. The Goldsmiths Price Promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, or discount offer.
  3. The item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase and the authorised stockist is able to match Goldsmiths delivery promise as shown on the relevant product page.
  4. The Goldsmiths Price Promise is not available to corporate clients. We reserve the right to restrict our Price Promise on each item to one per client.
  5. Some authorised retailers will promote branded products at a lower price in certain local stores. In these cases the Goldsmiths Price Promise is also available in stores in the same vicinity (15 mile radius).
  6. The Goldsmiths Price Promise will not apply if the selected authorised stockist or branch of a stockist is in administration or closing down. Nor will the Goldsmiths In-Store Price Promise apply if the purchase is made in an outlet store.
  7. Items sold as part of any product bundles at discounted prices or with free items (i.e. buy one get one free) will not be matched.  Please ask in store to see if there is an alternative offer available.
  8. The Goldsmiths Price Promise cannot be used on orders placed using Insurance cards, Tesco Clubcard vouchers or gift cards purchased from a third party.
  9. The Goldsmiths Price Promise cannot be used to match Tax Free Shopping or Duty Free prices.
  10. The Goldsmiths Price Promise cannot be used to match online only retailers. A retailer must have multiple (2+) high street stores to be eligible for price matching.
  11. The Goldsmiths Price Promise cannot be used if the competitor retailer is offering additional discount codes on the advertised price.
  12. All in-store Price Match needs to be within 15 miles of the store the Price Match is requested in.
  13. We do not offer price promise on Tudor, Rolex, Patek Phillippe and Pre-Owned items.
