We're committed to providing our clients with the best possible prices across our branded products.
Terms & Conditions
To qualify for the Goldsmiths’ Price Match Promise, the following must apply and we will need evidence from you to verify this:
- The lower priced product must be identical to ours (for example: same brand, make, style, colour, size, model number, version, finish and specification) not damaged, not pre-owned, not ex-display and not one of the excluded brands (Rolex, Tudor and Patek Phillipe);
- The retailer of the lower priced product must be a UK national authorised stockist selling the product directly to consumers in £GBP and have more than one permanent, physical store in the UK (we will not price match against on-line only retailers);
- The lower priced item must be in stock, available for immediate purchase (7 days a week) and the other retailer is able to match Goldsmiths’ delivery promise as shown on our relevant product page;
- If it is an on-line price to be matched, that price must be displayed on the other retailer’s website on the day of your order (or within a period of 5 days immediately after it) and not include any promotional or discount codes; an
- If the price to be matched is an in-store price it must be advertised on the day of your order (or within a period of 5 days immediately after it) in a physical permanent store within a 15 mile radius of the Goldsmiths showroom you are visiting
- AND The Goldsmiths’ Price Match Promise does not apply to
- any purchase from us made in conjunction with any promotion or discount offer or using Interest Free or Interest Bearing finance, Insurance cards or gift cards whether from a third party or us;
- any Tax Free shopping or Duty free prices, prices offered by outlets or businesses that are in administration or liquidation or are closing down, multi- buy offers or clearance offers, prices with a voucher code, discount code or group prices, member or subscriber only prices, loyalty discounts or trade prices;
- any prices offered by or on auction sites, auctions, on-line marketplaces or members/subscribers forums;
- any incorrect prices and if the price to be matched is a sales price or otherwise discounted, it is in our discretion whether we match it or not;
- any corporate or multiple purchase from us and we reserve the right to restrict our Price Match Promise to one product per client; or
- any price that is not displayed on the day of your purchase from us or within a period of 5 days immediately after it
The decision as to whether the above criteria are met is solely within our discretion and we reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time at our discretion.
At time of purchasing online or in store
We will ask you to submit the product description, the relevant authorised retailer's name, the advertised product price, confirmation that the product is available for purchase now (for next day delivery, 7 days a week). If you are matching an online price then we recommend taking a screenshot as if the price or stock status changes we will not be able to match the price.
It may take up to 48 hours to verify the price match, once verified your purchase must be made within 7 days. If you have already purchased from us and your price match request qualifies, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the matched price via your original payment method. It may take up to 5 days for the refund to reach you.
