From replacing a worn-out strap and adding in a battery to repairing a damaged movement, our in-house team of master watchmakers can carry out a comprehensive range of services to keep your timepiece ticking as smoothly as the day you first laid eyes on it. We have more accredited watchmakers than any other retailer and we're proud to be a brand-accredited agent of luxury Swiss horology houses, including Rolex, OMEGA, Breitling and TAG Heuer.

The opening of the centre cements our position as the UK’s leading retailer for luxury watch services, with more accredited watchmakers than any other retailer. Our unrivalled team includes craftspeople who have trained with Rolex, Swatch and LVMH.

Our Rolex Authorised Service Centre has been purpose-built to meet the brand’s strict excellence criteria. The Rolex-trained watchmakers in our cutting-edge workshops can be entrusted to carry out every aspect of the servicing procedure.
