The Watches of Switzerland Group begins an exciting new European roll-out with the opening of OMEGA and Breitling boutiques in Scandinavia. As well as adding to our locations within the UK, we have also crossed the North Sea to begin our expansion into Europe with a collection of boutiques. This is a huge milestone for the business, and marks the beginning of a new stage in our expansion plan that has already brought us great success in the US. This time we’ve set our sights on Scandinavia, starting with two exciting new Breitling destinations, which both opened in Stockholm this summer. We then followed this with new OMEGA and Breitling boutiques in Copenhagen. The Breitling boutiques have an industrial-loft aesthetic, displaying the brand’s watch collections and limited-edition pieces on polished dark wood, with the bright yellow of Breitling’s logo creating a striking centrepiece within the modern design.

Our OMEGA boutique also reflects the brand’s colouring, with the cream and deep red of the OMEGA logo seen throughout. A relaxing, light and sumptuous space, our OMEGA boutique ensures the brand’s iconic collections, such as the Speedmaster, Seamaster and Constellation, take the spotlight and our clients can explore the brand’s watches in luxury.

Speaking about the expansion, Craig Bolton, President of the Watches of Switzerland Group, UK and Europe, said: ‘We are very much at the start of an exciting journey as we embark on increasing our presence in Europe, with three showrooms up and running so far. We have recruited great teams and leadership, and are delighted to be working closely with our brand partners. We will open three further mono-brand boutiques by the end of the April 2023, and we are actively exploring further opportunities in the marketplace. We have created relaxed, uplifting, inclusive environments that offer unique luxury shopping experiences. Our positioning in key luxury streets hopefully only adds to the attractiveness of these destinations.’
